SITUATION:
Right now, me energy chargers are only in Germany.
But the real growth opportunity is in the United States.
(Because we have so much more land to cover and supply/demand imbalance)
PROBLEM:
me energy needs to identify the most suitable distribution channels and geographic locations within the United States to ensure maximum market reach and product availability. Without a well-planned placement strategy, the company may face challenges in efficiently delivering its products to customers and achieving widespread market penetration.
Insight:
The United States is a vast and diverse market with varying regional characteristics and consumer preferences. Understanding the local dynamics and selecting the right placement approach is crucial for me energy to effectively target and connect with potential customers in different regions with different EV problems.
Solution:
Let’s not ask “where should we put me energy chargers?” … We should ask, “where will they go?”

This is impossible. But how can we create a strategy to that covers the vast amounts of highways and land with optimization and efficiency?

There is such an imbalance to our electric infrastructure and land mass that it is very difficult to pinpoint where the charges would be the most efficiently and correctly placed

People with EV's have "Range Anxiety" and is often cited as the most important reason why many are reluctant to buy electric cars or drive long distances.

EVs could power a hospital during a power outage or run a art and music festival out in the desert.
