Manny is a surfing buddy of mine. He has been a sushi chef for many years and studied his art from some world renowned teachers. This year he decided to start his own sushi truck. Manny wanted a professional look that was inspired by the famous Japanese print the Great Wave off Kanagawa, surfing, and of course, fish! I came up with a few designs and Manny liked certain things from all of them. I was able to bring it altogether and we created something he can really be proud of.
